Dear Angie,
Just an update on Lilly – she is doing great! She is really growing fast. I am sure she is well over 60 pounds now, just passed her 7 month birthday. We are taking her to have her spayed this week. We have really enjoyed her. Keep up the good work on producing the best looking Labs in the country!

Hi Angie:
Here is Lilly Pearl Love on September 20, 2007. On the Aug 29 she was 22.2 lbs, on September 28, she was 33 lbs. She is really growing fast. We went to her 1st Puppy training class last Sunday, and of course she was the star. She was a lot better behaved than most.
Thanks Angie, she is a beautiful puppy and we love her very much! |

Thought you might like to see some pictures of Oakley. Sorry it's taken us so long. I've had them on my camera, just haven't moved them all to the computer. She is a character - loves to run and she's determined that she can stalk birds about 50 yards away and actually catch them :) So sometimes she slowly creeps closer to them and if that doesn't work, the next time she just takes off as fast as she can. But she's also so loving - constantly trying to crawl into our laps only to find out that she doesn't fit as well as she used to so she settles for a belly rub while she's laying next to us. She's very funny :)
My grandpa built this table and I have no idea why (she's the first dog to ever want there), but she wanted to lay on that shelf. She would sneak off behind the sofa at night and we'd find her there. This was maybe a couple of months ago.
Again, under stuff. Don't know why, but she loves to sleep under things. Bailey used to do some of the same things, but he would get under beds.
This was about the time she was growing out of harness #2 I believe. I laughed at her yesterday because she's now wearing one of Annie's old ones because we haven't had a chacne to pick up one of her own. I said she looked like the little sister who is wearing big sister's hand-me-downs because it was a little loose.
In this one she's sporting her sore nose. We're not sure what she did to it other than that she plays pretty rough so she might have hit it on the porch playing or scratched it on something.
And this is one I took just a week or so after she came home.
She's even a little bigger now so I need to take some new pictures. She thinks she's a big dog until the big dogs start barking at something and then she runs back to us for help and we remember that she's still just a baby. Very sweet and a lot of fun. And goodness does she like to track! Thanks again for a great puppy. Hope you enjoy seeing the pictures.

Dear Miss Angie,
I love my new home and my new parents, especially my Mom, Sharon. I know they love me too because they have taken a million pictures of me. I went to the vet and was so tired I fell asleep there. I am getting used to my new crate, and especially like the dog biscuits Sharon & Randall put in there for me sometimes. I go on walks everyday, play outside when the weather is nice, and today, I heard my parents say we might go someplace called PetsMart. My
favorite treat is cheese and my new Mom gives it to me when we are practicing “sit”, “down”, “stay”, and “come”. I’ll do anything for cheese.
I have four little people who come and play sometimes. They are called Grandsons. I try to kiss them but my sharp teeth keep getting in the way. This week we went to have pictures made in the bluebonnets. I was so tired I slept all the way home.
Hope you like my pictures.
Bark to you soon,
Lucy

Thought I'd send you an update. Missy (female 2, Halloween litter) has charmed everyone she meets. We are very pleased and proud of her. I had her spayed this past week.. so no puppies in her future. I still plan to make a therapy dog out of her. She loves to fetch and took to swimming naturally. When we met our first train along the tracks, she didn't cower in the least. ..rather wanted to go forward to investigate. Enclosed is a picture of her on the treadmill 04-07-07.

Hello Angie, I bought a pup from you in June of 2005. A chocolate that I named "Storm" we received our AKC Junior Hunter title this year and hope to be ready for a run at "Senior" this spring. She has started hunting with me this year also and she is going to be an exellent "gun dog". She is a bit of a "bed hog" at night in our bed though. Enclosed is a pic after one of our early teal hunts this year. Just a quick note to say thank you.

| Hi Angie,
Bob and I bought Scout from you about 20 months ago (Morgan and Romeo breeding) and I just wanted to let you know what a WONDERFUL dog he is! He is smart, sweet and ever so curious. He has the chest of Romeo and the head of Morgan. We call him the "big dog with the little head." I keep telling Bob we have room for one more of your pups, but he says with our 9 year old black lab, Apollo, and our 8 year old golden retriever, Duncan, we'll have to wait a few years.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for such a joyful addition to our family. I will try to send you a picture of him. He is quite the swimmer and has a huge chest from the water retrieving as well as the leisurely swims he takes.
I wish you and your family a blessed holiday season.
Thank you again.

I have attached some pics of Wrigley. He is such a happy, playful dog. He loves to play with the frisbee and with our neighbor's dog. He is such a pretty dog. We are always getting compliments on how pretty he is and what a great demeanor he has. We have taken him swimming several times this year and he loves it.
I just thought you might like some new pics. Hope all is well.

I just wanted to send you some pics of Wrigley. He has really grown. When we got him three weeks ago he was 10 pounds. Today he was 16.5! |
|
Today he was 16.5! He is doing really good. He is potty trained. He rings a bell on the door to go outside. He is so smart. I have attached my favorite picture of Wrigley and one of him wrestling with Tim's brother's beagle. Wrigley really likes to play with other dogs. He is very friendly to new people and dogs. |

I have attached a few pictures we took yesterday - we love the dog. She is really great with the kids and is just a joy to have around. We named her Lily. The first picture is Lauren and my father - the second picture is Lauren and her cousin Mariana. Justine was the photographer.
Thank you again so much and I will send more pictures at the end of the
week.
